Participant Assistance & Care (PAC)

Participant assistance and care (PAC) services are provided to allow participants of all ages with developmental disabilities to remain and live successfully in their own homes, function and participate in their communities, and avoid institutionalism. A Meaningful Life Inc. is located in Evansville, IN, and provides services in Vanderburgh, Posey, and Warrick counties.

Everyone would love to live as independently as possible, and in order to do so we are here to support you. PAC includes:

Assistance with personal care, meals, shopping, errands, scheduling appointments, chores, and leisure activities

Assistance with correspondence and paying bills.

Accompanying the individual to community activities and appointments.

Assistance with mobility, including but not limited to transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices.

Support and person-centered monitoring for the individual.

Reinforcement of behavioral support.

Risk management plans.

Reinforcement of principles of health and safety.

Completion of task lists.

Participation in the IST for the development or revision of the PCISP.

PAC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), whose purpose is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services.
